AMD has confirmed that its next-generation Thuban processors will feature a dynamic overclocking technology dubbed Turbo Core, similar to rival Intel's Turbo Boost.

AMD has announced the desktop equivalent to its recently released six-core Opteron server processors, due next year and dubbed Thuban.
