According to sources quoted by market watcher Digitimes, both Dell and HP are looking to reduce their presence in the 10in netbook market following poorer than expected profits.

Acer has announced the first netbook to use Nvidia's Ion 2 platform, and uses Optimus to switch between integrated Intel graphics and a GeForce G310M chip.
